Over the years we have tried many different spa cover manufacturers. Some have been good others not that good...

Our customers have constantly provided us feedback as to what seem to be working for them in terms of longevity, looks and safety. As a result we have come to the conclusion that we will only provide spa covers from 2 different companies, Sunstar Spa Cover and Be-Lite Spa Covers.

Sunstar Spa Covers

Sunstar is a traditional spa cover. Foam core, wrapped in vinyl. However, they way these covers are manufatured results in spa covers that is of the highest quality. They outlast their competition left and right. It's the highest quality foam based cover on the market.

The Sunstar Hot Tub Cover takes the strength of Virgin Dura Foam cores with an R value of 14.3 and tapers the foam from 4" to 2.5" to allow accumulated water to easily run off. We then strengthen the channel hinge with 20 gauge galvanized steel and add a full length heat seal gasket (optional on all hinged covers) with the Antaeus 2000™ Vapor heat seal for the strongest heat seal in the industry.

Sunstar 2 Pound EPS Upgrade

For a minimal up charge you can add to the insulating factor of your spa cover with 2 lb. EPS foam giving you an even higher R value. This is a great option when concerned with the environment and rising energy costs.

Sunstar Atlas Hot Tub Cover

The Atlas hot tub cover is fitted with strong and durable marine grade vinyl constructed with 1500/hr tested UV and mildew inhibitors dramatically extending the life of the cover. The Atlas' foam tapers from 5" to 4" giving you an R value of 19.8. All of our hot tub and spa covers come standard with a low profile drain grommet and are ASTM and UL safety classified for your family’s protection.

Be-Lite

Be-Lite is an aluminum based cover, virtually indestructable. It is expensive (very) and it will outlast every other spa cover we have found.
